What we look for
More than anything, we look for the right people — warm, patient and genuinely interested in children’s wellbeing. You don’t need previous experience in the sector; if you’re an experienced residential care worker, that’s welcome too. What matters is a caring attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
