Our homes embrace facilities to support all needs, including 1:1 care, cosy living spaces, adventurous outdoor areas and enrichment amenities, to ensure the comfort and positive development of all children in our care

Services

Our residential services provide accommodation and support for children and young people with autism, ADHD and other special educational needs (SEN) 52 weeks a year,   24 hours a day. All of our services are Ofsted registered.

1:1 Support

Our specialist 1:1 support with our key workers ensures the security, stability and comfort of all young people in our care.

Members of our onsite team of passionate, professional and practical carers will be allocated to each individual child, to ensure a personalised and enriching connection of support for each and every young person.

Mathew Spencer

Responsible Individual

Mathew has worked with children and young people for over 10 years, within this time Mathew has gained considerable experience and skills working with a large variety of children with very differing and complex needs. Mathew has worked with children in residential care, fostering and also completed youth work, he is passionate about the work he does and is a positive and efficient advocate for children and staff. Mathew has attended a range of training courses that include, registered managers training, Attachment theory, Designated Safeguard Lead and Safer recruitment.

Lisa Ford

Registered Manager

Lisa has worked in the health and social care sector for over 20 years from elderly residential care to auxiliary care within a hospital environment and with children with a multitude of needs and backgrounds. Lisa has worked within Children’s residential services for the last 15 years beginning as a Residential worker and developing her career through training and advancement. She has completed a wide range of training including the ARP training with Professor David Shemmings, training in residential management, and gained her assessor’s qualification. Lisa is passionate about the work at Jayne’s Homes and is committed to providing outstanding care to the children.

We’re growing our team at Jayne’s Homes and we’d love to hear from you. We’re currently looking for caring, committed people to join our staff at both White Horse House and Victoria House, supporting children and young people with autism, ADHD and other special educational needs.

Whether you’re an experienced residential care worker or new to the sector, we offer full training, ongoing support and the chance to build genuinely rewarding relationships with the young people in our care.
